Sessions are priced at $750 for virtual and $1,000 for in-person. Each bundle includes a dedicated coach, a custom coaching rubric, and a follow-up progress report. We are happy to talk through options that fit your budget and goals.
We take coach fit seriously. Our team will take the time to understand your goals, communication style, and development priorities before making a match. If at any point the fit does not feel right, we will work with you to find the right coach.
Each session is 60 minutes and follows a structure built around your goals and current challenges. Your coach comes prepared, your time is protected, and every session is designed to move you forward, not just check in.
Very. Sessions can be scheduled monthly or at a frequency that works for you, and our Learning and Development Manager handles all coordination so there is minimal back-and-forth on your end. All sessions are completed within 12 months of signing.
