The Accelerate Institute™ and Elevate Institute™ are each delivered in four monthly classes in a cohort-style learning environment. All classes are delivered virtually via Zoom. Each class is broken up into three 90-minute learning modules spaced to fit a busy work day.
One of the most enriching elements of a cohort-style learning environment is the opportunity to engage in peer coaching. These once-a-month 60-minute events allow you the opportunity to talk about how you are incorporating the material taught in the previous class and trouble-shoot in a constructive safe space about challenges you face.
Every Institute participant benefits from an up-close coaching session led by an expert facilitator. These collaborative sessions are focused on skill transfer, helping you apply the ideas and best practices from class to your real-world environment in tangible ways.
All participants receive a robust written resource that is customized to the specific learning targets that their cohort will be focusing on. This working document is used as a guide throughout the cohort and remains as a resource upon completion of the program.
