FOCUS Training's Accelerate and Elevate Institutes are built around learning as part of a balanced cohort. We believe that participants learn a great deal from each other and through exposure to the culture and practices of other organizations. To make this environment one that is safe and supportive to learning, we ask participants and observers to commit to respecting the privacy and intellectual property of all participants and instructors. Your agreement to respect the privacy of Institute participants: Observer understands that in the course of this training program it is possible that sensitive information may be shared by participants related to their work environment and business practices. Observer agrees to not disclose, either directly or indirectly, or use in any manner, such information including but not limited to trade secrets, organizational policies, and company practices. Your agreement to respect the intellectual property of FOCUS Training, Inc.: Observer acknowledges that during the training program [he or she] will have access to and become acquainted with various intellectual property, trade secrets, inventions, innovations, processes, and information owned or licensed by FOCUS Training, Inc. and/or used by FOCUS Training, Inc. in connection with the operation of its business. Participant agrees not to disclose any of the aforesaid, directly or indirectly, or use any of them in any manner, either during the term of this Agreement or at any time thereafter, except as required in the course of this training program. All files, documents, information, notes, media, handouts, and similar items relating to the business of FOCUS Training, Inc., whether prepared by Observer or otherwise coming into [his or her] possession, shall remain the exclusive property of FOCUS Training, Inc.
