Culture shapes, and is shaped by, the decisions and behaviors of the people in an organization. Leaders hold a critical stake in reinforcing and changing culture. This session explores the levels and elements of culture to equip leaders with a broad understanding of what makes culture within organizations. Participants utilize Hoefstede’s Cultural Dimensions to classify features of their own organization’s culture and define applications for their own role.
